They are my own digital compilation of images that I have laser engraved on Baltic Birch plywood and cut out.  They are attached with a rhodium plated pewter ring to a stainless steel wine charm loop to attach to your glass.

Charm measurements:  1 3/8 inch (34mm) from loop to bottom x 1 1/4 inch (30mm) wide.
