From this listing you can choose from the following: Bend Logo, Sunriver Logo, or Oregon State Shape.
They are my own digital compilation of images that I have laser engraved on maple plywood and cut out. The tag attaches to the collar with a nice sized split key-style ring that will fit on larger sized collar loops.
Tag measurements approximately 1.5 inches in diameter x .25 inch thick.
