Hard to give these ones up :( Someday I'm going to have to make myself a set, but you better snatch them up before I change my mind! On a base of vibrant transparent aqua I applied a thick stripe of ivory and accented it with silvered ivory and more aqua glass. Then I gave it a swirling vortex in the center. I made coordinating spacer beads to go with them. All this set needs is you to figure out what to do with them :)
Total # of beads: 11 (5focals and 6 spacers)
Bead Size: Medium focals and small spacers
Bead Measurements: Focals are 15mm square x about 8mm thick and spacers are about 9-10mm in diameter
Glass used: Soft glass 90, 96 or 104 COE
Mandrel/Hole Size: 1/16" for minimal “wobble” when stringing.
Of course, all of my beads are annealed in a temperature controlled kiln overnight to settle the glass molecules and give them strength. But, keep in mind, they are GLASS and will still break if not handled properly.
