These are very pretty and delicate feeling beads. When I make beads to sell, I imagine what I would do with them, and for these I see lots of pretty pink fresh water pearls and some Czech pressed glass flowers. Think of what you would do with them! On a core of white glass there are a couple shades of pinks swirling with pale green. I made coordinating transparent green spacer beads to match.
Total # of beads: 11 (5 focals and 6 spacers)
Bead Size: Medium-large focals and small spacers.
Bead Measurements: Focals are 13-14mm in diameter and spacers are about 9mm in diameter.
Glass used: Soft glass 90, 96 or 104 COE
Mandrel/Hole Size: 1/16" for minimal “wobble” when stringing.
Of course, all of my beads are annealed in a temperature controlled kiln overnight to settle the glass molecules and give them strength. But, keep in mind, they are GLASS and will still break if not handled properly.
