Bamboo Butterflies - Small Mixed Media Creation by Diana Putnam

This gorgeous mixed media creation was made by my Mom, Diana Putnam.  She is in her 70's and still creating beautiful pieces of art.  This was made on a stretched canvas using artist cement, stamps, stencils and acrylic paint.  She is so creative to take such simple things and create something so beautiful!  It has a beautiful 3 dimensional look and the way she utilizes the colors makes it jump out at you.  She used an ornate, brass jewelry piece as a hanger with a nylon cord.

Size:  8 inches x 10 inches x .75 inch thick.
